Q: Is the hot tub and BBQ communal or is it just for my chalet?
A: The hot tub and BBQ are private and in the private landscaped grounds of our chalet and only for guests of the chalet.
Q: How far is the reception, restaurant, spa, gym and indoor pool from the chalet?
A: These are all in the same building which is just short walking distance from the chalet, no more than 5 minutes.
Q: How far to the on-site outdoor heated pool , tennis courts and children’s activity area?
A: These are also just a 5 minute walk from the chalet.
Q: How far is the pool and spa from the Chalet?
A: The communal pools and spa are no more than a few minutes walk from the chalet.
Q: Are there summer activities for children near Blueberry Lake?
A: There are many activities including go-carts, rafting, biking, climbing, canoeing nearby. In winter there are endless opportunities for cross country skiing, snow shoeing and down hill skiing at Mt Tremblant. Q: How far is the Chalet from activities in the area?
A:The address of the Chalet is 259 Chemin Des Pionniers, Labelle, QC JOT 1HO. You may wish to use MapQuest to find the distance for various activities in and around Labelle and the Mont Tremblant region.
Q: How far is the lake from the Chalet?
A: Blueberry Lake is no more than a 10 minute walk from Chalet #5. Swimming and other lake activities are available. There is a small sandy beach. There is also complimentary rentals of bicycles, canoes, kayaks, rowing boats and fishing equipment!
Q: Are there views of the Blueberry Lake from the Chalet?
A: The Chalet is positioned on top of a natural ridge providing amazing panoramic views in all directions. Views from the deck and upper floor levels allow you to see above the surrounding trees, giving you a fabulous elevated feeling. However, you cannot see the lake.
Q: Is there ample space around the Chalet?
A: The Chalet is located on approximately 1 acre of land with many trees around providing lots of privacy.
Q: Is there carpet in the Chalet?
A:The Chalet has carpet in the bedrooms and recreation & games room on the ground floor.
Q: Are there televisions in the bedrooms?
A: The Chalet has a 42” Plasma screen TV and full entertainment center in the recreation & games room. There are no TVs in the bedrooms.
Q: What is in the recreation & games room on the ground floor?
A: This is a great family fun and games room with a large 42” plasma TV with cable and DVD player. In addition to the wood burning fireplace you also have a full-size pool table and table tennis (ping pong) table that can be placed on top of the pool table.
Q: Is there internet available?
A: There is WIFI internet and no password is needed. In addition the office area on the ground floor of your chalet has it’s own computer PC with internet access.
Q: What is the nearest town?
A: The nearest town, which is just a 10 minute drive, is Labelle, QC. http://www.municipalite.labelle.qc.ca
Q: Where is the nearest grocery store?
A: The nearest grocery store is approximately a 1 minute drive, Distance: 0.27 miles, Marché Gilles Lanthier Inc , 55 Rue Du Pont, Labelle, QC JOT1HO.
Q: Is there a restaurant or lounge open all hours at the resort?
A: The restaurant is available from Wednesday through to Sunday. The bar/lounge is part of the restaurant. The hours are flexible depending on the guest's requirements.
Q: Are the roads paved?
A: The roads are paved and are well maintained making them suitable for bicycles and strollers.
Q: How much parking is available?
A: The chalet is at the end of the road with a large turning area so this provides ample space for 3 to 5 vehicles.
Q: Does the chalet come with chairs to lie and relax on outdoors and how many chairs are there?
A: The chalet has 2 Adirondack chairs to relax on outdoors.
Q: Is there a sun-deck on all levels of the chalet?
A: The large external sun deck is on the main floor. In addition there are 2 balconies, again with great views, on the top floor with access from the top floor bedrooms.
Q: Is there outdoor dining furniture?
A: There is a full 6 place cedar patio dining table and 6 dining chairs on the large front deck providing a great outdoor dining experience!
Q: Is firewood supplied for the fireplaces?
A: Yes a good supply of wood is supplied and is stored under the covered porch on the back entrance deck. Additional supplies are available at a small charge from reception.
