Q: Are additional apartments available?
A: Yes, we have a total of 6 one bedroom apartments all finished to the same luxury standard all located next to each other on the 2nd floor.
Q: Is there good food shopping nearby?

Q: Is it a quiet apartment, no traffic noise?
A: The building is brand new and therefore is well insulated with modern windows / double glazed etc. There are some local restaurants / bars in the area so we cannot say it's in a "quiet" area as it is very central downtown. However there are no clubs / loud music locally so it is not a noisy area. The road outside is also a side road (not on main street) so there is very little traffic noise.

A: 2nd Floor, Yes there is an elevator. Our apartments are all adjacent to each other on the 2nd floor.
Q: What size is the bed?
A: The bed is Queen size.
Q: How big is the bathroom
A: The bathroom is very spacious with beautiful modern tiling on floor and the entire walls. There is a large shower with solid glass door, and a separate bath with additional shower attachment.
Q: What appliances are in the kitchen?
A: There is a full service kitchen with dining counter & stools, cutlery & crockery, toaster, coffee machine, oven and electric cook top, as well as a freezer. We also have washer / dryers in certain apartments.
Q: Is there wireless internet?
A: Yes, Internet WIFI access is available in your apartment. The cost for the access password is approx 5 Euros per week or 20 Euros per month.
Q: Does the apartment have air conditioning?

A: Yes the utilities are included
Q: Is there a maid / laundry service
A: A full apartment clean including new linens and towels is available for 8,000 HUF (approx 30 Euro) This can be booked at the reception.
Facilities & Parking:
Q: Is there a fitness Centre?
A: Yes, the Pure Wellness Club includes a 17 metre swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness centre and kinesis room. Membership of the club is required to use these facilities, monthly membership is 20,000 HUF (approx 75 Euro), or daily membership is available for 4,500 HUF (approx 15 Euro). Membership can be purchased at reception.

A: Parking is available in the underground car park. This can be booked and paid for directly at the reception. Approx costs are: 2,460 HUF (approx 9 Euro) per day, 20,000 HUF (approx 75 Euro) per week, 37,520 HUF (approx 140 Euro) per month
